Overview of the 3 Days Karamoja Safaris

Karamoja is a nomad land, situated at the corner of Northeastern part of Uganda. This trip gives you the great highlights and deep insight of knowing the livelihood of the nomads and their way of life. Karamojong is the only tribe in the whole of Uganda that have managed to protect and preserve their own culture keeping it at the authentic level exhibiting great touch of Africa, ranging from their cultural dress codes, performance of traditional songs, living with their animals in kraals, art of making hand crafts, living in a small clan related format, and believing in their domestic animals like cows as a way of wealth.

The region was inaccessible before 1960s until 1989 to 1990 to date marking Karamoja region as a total remote destination to be explored. And even upto date, is still the most remote area in the middle of Savannah grassland neighboring uncovered area of wildlife national parks such as Pian Upe game reserve and Kidepo Valley National park found far north. The impression on this trip gives you a life experience that you want to keep coming to Africa.
